PRACTICAL COMPANION TO
YOUR
ORIGINAL CODE
DEEPER AWARENESS. REAL CHANGE. A MORE AUTHENTIC YOU.
A NOTE FROM YULIA
This Practical Guide is designed to accompany you as you move through the book “Your Original Code”.
Each exercise will help you explore yourself more deeply, recognize unconscious programs and repeating patterns, and gradually move closer to your authenticity — to your Original Code.
The format of the book allows you to explore and diagnose what is happening in your life, to see repeating scenarios and understand where they come from.
At the same time, changing a repeating life scenario or healing a childhood trauma is possible only through psychotherapy with a professional.
Move through the practices in the order they appear in the book. Take your time, write honestly, and use what you discover as material for deeper work.
I’m glad you are here. This is an important step.

EXERCISE 1
YOUR ANCESTRAL PATTERN MAP
PURPOSE
This exercise is designed to help you observe recurring patterns in your family system and notice which of them may also be present in your own life. It is a self-reflection tool.
HOW TO USE IT
1
Fill in as much of the family genogram as you know: yourself, parents, grandparents, and great-grandparents, or, if you want, other relatives as well.
2
Use the categories and the short codes to mark the patterns you recognize.
3
Look for repetitions across generations. Notice both identical patterns and patterns that may have changed form.
4
Choose 1–3 patterns that feel most relevant to your life today and write them on the reflection page.
